WebLung markings are the white hazy bits that are spread throughout the lung fields, that represent alveoli. In a pneumothorax, the lung has partially collapsed so it will appear totally black in a specific area (apart from the ribs of course). You can see this by looking right at the edges of the lung fields. Hope this poor explanation helps lol.
