Incline dumbbell press- 3 sets of 10-12 reps. Parallel bar dips- 3 sets of AMRAP. Dumbbell overhead extensions- 3 sets of 10-12 reps. Tricep cable pushdowns- 3 sets of 10-12 reps. Weighted push-ups- 3 sets of AMRAP.
