WebJul 30, 2024 · First, a rectangular micro strip antenna is designed and simulated by taking the resonant frequency of 5.2 GHz. Simulations are carried out by placing different EBG structures in the ground plane and the behavior of the antenna is studied. Simulations are carried out using High Frequency structure Simulator (HFSS) software.
