I'm about to buy a Cechc04 ps3 with some seriously loud fans, that clearly need a cleanup and a change of thermal paste and thermal pads. Edit: after using google for a minute i found out ps2's do use thermal pads instead of thermal paste because the gap is 2 big for thermal paste alone .
